Description

Design and build interactive, content-rich eLearning training modules using commercial authoring tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-paced, stand-alone eLearning modules using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Implement, test, and maintain solutions to optimize student learning outcomes.
• Consult with instructional designers on planning and developing digital learning content.
• Incorporate media components including videos, images, animations, and interactive elements.
• Assist in implementing and managing eLearning courses within learning management systems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of eLearning course development experience using authoring tools.
• Experience configuring, importing, and exporting SCORM packages.
• Digital video and audio editing experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
• Proficiency with web design tools including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing courses within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working closely with subject matter experts to develop content.

Preferred Skills

• Background in web production, graphic design, animation, or fine arts.
