Description

Design and develop accessible, web-based eLearning modules delivered via an LMS using SCORM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning training modules using the SCORM framework.
• Build web-based training that adheres to ADA, Section 508, and W3C (WCAG) accessibility standards.
• Create multimedia content using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Debug and fix coding errors within online training modules.
• Collaborate independently and within team settings to deliver training solutions.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience developing eLearning modules via LMS using SCORM.
• 4 years of experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• 4 years of experience developing web-based training meeting ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java (J2EE), XML, and Python.
• Ability to discover, assess, and resolve coding errors in training modules.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience using Pathlore LMS.
• 4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for multimedia development.
• 4 years of experience using the ADDIE instructional design model.
