Description

You will provide technical expertise and production support for the Eagle Star and Eagle Pace platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions and integrations with Finastra platforms using Java, C#, or Python.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and analyze solution options.
• Execute test plans, implement operational procedures, and adhere to SDLC standards.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level production support, including incident management and triage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Eagle Star and Eagle Pace (version 15 or higher).
• Proficiency in Eagle Message Center, IWS, PACE Uploader & Exporters, and Eagle STAR Panels.
• Expertise in PL/SQL programming for Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
• Strong understanding of database architecture and data quality control processes.
• Programming proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with version control tools like GitLab or MFS.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
