Manage the configuration, installation, and technical support of EaglePace systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install EaglePace components according to technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various EaglePace modules.
• Support Eagle infrastructure during critical black swan events.
• Drive technical discussions between business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3 years of professional experience with EaglePace configuration and installation.
• Proficiency in database querying languages such as Oracle or DB2.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system components.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience facilitating discussions between business and IT departments.
