Description

Own the full systems development life cycle for Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify EAM applications using disciplined development processes.
• Lead technical project planning, requirement documentation, and technical design specifications.
• Integrate solutions with the EAM application and external systems.
• Execute unit and integration testing, including automated test creation and execution.
• Provide Tier III support, performing root cause analysis, source code tracing, and log file parsing.

Required Skills

• Minimum seven years of IT experience, with at least five years developing on EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo.
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Application Designer, Database Configuration, and Security/Person Groups.
• Proficiency in managing Workorders, Jobplans, PMs, Locations, Assets, and Meters.
• Expertise in Maximo schema modifications, Integration, and Migration Manager.
• Experience developing Java classes, JSPs, Javascript, and Maximo Automation Scripting.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL or ANSI-SQL.
• Experience with WebSphere messaging configuration and Web Services construction.
• Proven track record of participating in at least two full-cycle EAM implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in client-focused service delivery environments.
