Description

Develop and implement statistical models and banking analytics within the Earnix platform for FinTech applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and review statistical models to predict customer behavior, risk, and demand.
• Execute data extraction and analysis tasks specifically for FinTech applications.
• Develop new product activities centered on bank analytics.
• Drive research and analysis independently and through team collaboration.
• Provide technical training and support to assist in skill development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or data science roles.
• Hands-on experience with the Earnix product.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
• Background in the insurance or banking domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Insbridge, CGI Database, or Guidewire.
