Description

Required 

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Oracle EBS.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS processes configurations and data structures.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical scalable solutions.
• Experience creating and managing user stories acceptance criteria and business requirements in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to prioritize competing business requirements and make recommendations based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Experience collaborating with delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle from requirements through deployment

Preferred

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts GenAI tools or datadriven automation.
• Experience writing user stories or requirements for AI/ML or analytics teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms data pipelines or modern integration patterns.
• Understanding of prompt engineering LLM capabilities or conversational AI design.
• Ability to bridge functional and technical teams in a fastevolving environment.
• Experience supporting Product Owners or serving as a Product Owner for ERP automation AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile product management practices backlog management sprint planning and release planning
