✅ Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Expertise in Oracle Financial modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
• Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in Oracle Financials environments
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close processes
• Experience coordinating with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and reporting processes
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in service-based or rental industry environments
• Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 upgrades or support projects
• SQL query and data analysis experience
• Familiarity with Oracle workflows, reporting tools, and integration processes
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/offshore support model
