Description
You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Oracle Time and Labor module within EBS environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure the OTL module to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance and Project Costing teams to ensure cross-module integration.
- Partner with technical workstreams to design interfaces and reports.
- Apply OTL Fast Formulas to support complex business logic.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Time and Labor.
- Hands-on experience with OTL configuration.
- Proven track record in 3-4 Oracle Time and Labor implementation or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of the EBS Oracle Time and Labor module.
- Foundational knowledge of HCM modules.
- Experience working within EBS Oracle environments.
- Proficiency in writing and implementing OTL Fast Formulas.
Education
- Any graduate degree.
