Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Oracle Time and Labor module within EBS environments, owning configuration, integration, and complex logic implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure the OTL module to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Costing teams to ensure cross-module integration.
• Partner with technical workstreams to design interfaces and reports.
• Apply OTL Fast Formulas to support complex business logic.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Time and Labor.
• Hands-on experience with OTL configuration.
• Proven track record in 3-4 Oracle Time and Labor implementation or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of the EBS Oracle Time and Labor module.
• Foundational knowledge of HCM modules.
• Experience working within EBS Oracle environments.
• Proficiency in writing and implementing OTL Fast Formulas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-module integration between Time and Labor, Finance, and Project Costing.
