Description

Lead the technical implementation of TIBCO EBX Master Data Management solutions for the Customer data domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement solutions to deliver master data records.
• Provide technical guidance to geographically dispersed teams, including offshore engineers.
• Partner with Enterprise Data Management and IT teams on technical architectures and data integration patterns.
• Lead technical reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Educate implementation teams and stakeholders on EBX capabilities and document best practices.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of TIBCO EBX MDM platform (v5.9 or higher).
• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or related roles.
• Strong understanding of relational database management systems and data structures.
• Deep understanding of data governance and Master Data Management principles.
• Familiarity with technical architecture components for data and application integration.
• Knowledge of network architecture for solution implementation guidance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading implementation work for enterprise-scale MDM projects.
