Description

You will lead complex printed wiring board designs and supervise eCAD design teams or external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design complex analog, power, high-speed digital, or RF PWBs.
• Manage circuit stack-ups and routing for 2 to 14+ layers.
• Supervise a team of eCAD designers or coordinate with external vendors.
• Implement signal integrity constraints management during the design process.
• Apply IPC PWB design principles to all hardware projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with complex analog, power, high-speed digital, or RF PWB designs.
• Proficiency with Cadence CAD capture and design tools.
• Experience with micro-vias, very fine pitch devices, and high-density processors or FPGAs (>1000 contact BGAs).
• Hands-on experience with Valor design checks.
• Deep understanding of IPC PWB design principles.
• Expertise in RF PWB designs and Radio Frequency applications.
• Knowledge of analog semiconductors and graphic design principles.
• Proven ability to coordinate with local and global teams.
