Description

You will manage core infrastructure, proxy services, and Java EE platforms in a hands-on engineering role.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer UNIX/Linux environments and develop automation scripts using Unix Shell or Perl.
• Manage proxy and cache appliances, including Bluecoat or similar products.
• Operate load balancing and application switching technologies to ensure system availability.
• Administer Java EE platforms, specifically JBOSS and WebSphere.
• Execute full project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux systems administration.
• Strong scripting proficiency in Unix Shell and Perl.
• Hands-on experience with Bluecoat or other proxy server products.
• Management of Load Balancer and Application Switching technologies.
• Administration of Java EE platforms such as JBOSS and WebSphere.
• Deep networking knowledge including TCP/IP, name resolution, packet capture, and traceroute.
• Experience with PKI, LDAP, and Single Sign On technologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
