Description

You will manage digital project deliverables and drive technical requirements for eCommerce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital projects and teams, both onsite and offshore, to track and ensure delivery of project milestones.
• Drive project activities through requirements gathering, data analysis, and the visualization of to-be solutions.
• Manage the digital workstream backlog by capturing, refining, and prioritizing features and user stories.
• Review and validate test plan approaches to ensure proper functionality coverage and coordinate execution.
• Act as a subject matter expert to drive strategic process improvement initiatives for eCommerce.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Technical Analyst specifically on eCommerce solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading Salesforce Commerce.
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce or comparable best-of-breed eCommerce application modules.
• 2+ years of experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field of study.
• Proven experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for business transactions.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application and solution issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SF-MC) or Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics.
