Description

You will develop and maintain high-volume B2B and B2C ecommerce platforms using PHP, Symfony, and Oro Commerce.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build backend functionality with PHP and Symfony, integrating RESTful services with D365 F&O and CE.
• Customize Oro Commerce B2B storefronts, including checkout workflows and pricing logic.
• Manage platform installation, configuration, and version upgrades across development and production environments.
• Design and manage databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) ensuring data integrity and secure coding practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git for streamlined deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years specifically in ecommerce.
• Expertise in PHP and Symfony development.
• Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB.
• Hands-on experience building backend functionality using RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Experience with Docker and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
