Lead product strategy and execution for ecommerce operations, focusing on inventory, supply chain, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, supply chain, order management, fulfillment, and logistics processes.
• Automate operational workflows to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering to design solutions, finalize estimates, set budgets, and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Drive product go-to-market plans, including phasing and training.
• Use data, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior metrics to inform product direction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering consumer Internet products.
• Deep understanding of inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Strong technical understanding from high-level abstractions down to the metal.
• Experience with ecommerce product lifecycles and roadmap planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
