You will manage the integration, validation, and normalization of electronic case reporting data across multiple healthcare systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process eCR and eICR data from hospitals, labs, AIMS, and SHARE to ensure CDC guideline compliance.
• Build, test, and implement Rhapsody interfaces, including connections, routes, and comm points.
• Analyze HL7 messages to identify and resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
• Execute SQL queries to generate data reports and maintain data quality within Rhapsody and other reporting systems.
• Guide the interoperability team on routing processes within NBS, eHARs, PRISM, and Rhapsody.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Rhapsody interface building, testing, and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL for data reporting and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience working with NBS, eHARs, PRISM, or similar reporting systems.
• 5+ years of experience assessing and improving reportable disease reporting systems.
• 1+ years of experience validating eCR and eICR messages and laboratory onboarding processes.
• 1+ years of experience normalizing eCR and eICR data structures.
• Proven ability to analyze HL7 messages for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience documenting onboarding and validation processes for electronic reporting.
