Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate and play critical role in planning project deliverables for software development initiatives.
• Own and drive software design, development, verification and release the product to customers.
• Perform individual goal planning and evaluation in accordance with AMD policies and procedures.
• Maintain the health and morale of the team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and grow the engineering skills of the team through mentoring and training programs.
• Drive critical issues resolution and interface with cross functional teams across the organization.
• Provide periodic management and executive updates on project status and team performance.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.

Experience Required: 12+ years of software development experience with hands-on software engineering, development, and architectural leadership roles. Proven track record of planning and delivering complex system software products. Experience leading multiple projects with competing priorities and strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Education: BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of experience
