Description

You will manage and optimize the Windows desktop engineering environment and end-user hardware ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the Windows platform to resolve production issues.
• Develop automated processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with product vendors to review roadmaps and submit bugs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation using a structured approach.
• Apply Agile project methodologies to engineering tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Windows Desktop Engineering environment.
• 5+ years of expertise with Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or Omnissa Workspace One.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of end-user hardware and software.
• Experience with SCCM.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SCCM OSD.
• Experience with thin client environments.
• Familiarity with standard testing tools and methodologies.
