Description

You will own the Windows desktop engineering environment, managing the end-user hardware lifecycle and ensuring platform stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the Windows platform in depth to resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain automated processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with product vendors to review roadmaps and submit bug reports or feature requests.
• Maintain quality documentation for all engineering processes and systems.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage engineering tasks and deployments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Windows Desktop Engineering environments.
• 5+ years of expertise with Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with SCCM.
• Strong knowledge of end-user hardware and software.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCCM OSD.
• Experience managing thin client environments.
• Knowledge of standard testing tools and methodologies.
