Description

You will own the design and implementation of data integration solutions for real-time and batch file exchanges. You coordinate with customers to implement new EDI transactions, monitor existing ones, and troubleshoot issues. You oversee new EDI implementation projects and manage break/fix work for existing integrations. You provide Tier 3 technical support to Level 2 staff for EDI application integration. You ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and methodologies during implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop EDI mappings and implement processes using middleware data transformation and communication solutions.
• Coordinate with customers to implement new EDI transactions, monitor existing ones, and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee new EDI implementation projects and manage break/fix work for existing integrations.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to Level 2 staff for EDI application integration.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and methodologies during implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data integration implementation with advanced mapping skills.
• Proficiency with EDI X12 standards, specifically 850, 856, 830, 862, 940, and 810.
• Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and Web Services integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including Dynamic SQL, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.
• Experience with communication protocols including FTP, FTPS, AS2, and VAN-based EDI.
• Working knowledge of multiple EDI translation software packages.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations between EDI and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with .NET development technologies and web application architecture.
• Ability to perform unit testing and assist users with UAT of EDI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
