Description

You will manage EDI operations and support the order-to-cash lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IDoc modules and resolve EDI-related processing issues.
• Manage order processing for sales orders and customer service workflows.
• Support the order-to-cash process to ensure seamless transaction flow.
• Collaborate on IT systems implementation processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of direct EDI experience.
• Hands-on experience with IDoc modules and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in order processing and sales order management.
• Knowledge of IT systems implementation processes.
• Experience with order-to-cash workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing industries.
• Fluency in Spanish.
