Description

You will manage and troubleshoot EDI IDoc modules, drive technical initiatives, and oversee document implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot IDoc modules while supporting EDI administration.
• Act as a liaison between application teams, stakeholders, and IT to define EDI requirements.
• Add new processes, maps, and trading partners to the system.
• Conduct map testing and set up communication channels to ensure integration.
• Monitor system performance, including backups, patches, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of strong EDI experience.
• Proficiency in SAP/SD order processing and SAP/S4/HANA sales orders.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting IDoc modules.
• Knowledge of IT systems implementation processes.
• Ability to provide recommendations on communication protocols and EDI document implementation.
• Perform gap analysis between EDI specifications and applications to create new transactions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of customer process, customer service, and Order to Cash.
• Fluency in Spanish.
