Analyze and define technical specifications for US healthcare system solutions, bridging stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver cohesive applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and analyze business requirements to define technical specifications.
• Document and validate business processes with users and technology specialists.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality system solutions.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and enforce enterprise standards.
• Provide technical support to develop cost-effective systems aligned with user requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience within the US healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of X12 data formats including 834, 837, and 820 standards.
• Experience managing CMS Submission Processes.
• Proficiency in EDI transactions and response file processing flows.
• Ability to write both business and technical requirement documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
