Description

You will support EDI systems and facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, site visits, and business process descriptions.
• Analyze system problems to identify solutions and validate automation feasibility.
• Lead process mapping and modeling to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Perform testing, identify performance issues, and track resolutions with the development team.
• Facilitate workshops with IS and business stakeholders to validate project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or project management.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements and capturing workflows for EDI systems.
• Direct experience with X12 EDI Standards.
• Knowledge of customer-facing EDI transactions and acknowledgments.
• Proficiency in process mapping and project management methodologies.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDI systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• EDI experience within the transportation or railroad industry.
• Familiarity with ITX, TMDS, EAI, and SAPTM.
