Description

Manage B2B and EDI environments with a focus on Sterling Integrator development, mapping, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Develop business processes and mappings using IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Manage communication protocols including AS2, HTTP, SFTP, FTP, and API.
• Track and analyze document flows using DataPower B2B tools in DPOD.
• Lead offshore teams from both technical and management perspectives to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Implement logistics-based EDI transactions such as 204, 214, 990, and 404.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EDI and B2B environments.
• Extensive knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator business process development and mapping.
• Proficiency with AS2, HTTP, SFTP, FTP, and API protocols.
• Experience using DataPower for document flow analysis.
• Strong programming background with full stack engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and development workflows.
• Expertise in Sterling Integrator performance tuning.
• Domain knowledge in logistics and EDI transactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore technical teams.
