Description

You will design, develop, and support high-volume EDI solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business processes using Graphical Process Modeler (GPM).
• Create and modify EDI, XML, and Flat File maps using Sterling Map Editor.
• Implement and manage communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQ, and OFTP2.
• Configure SI components such as adapters, services, enveloping, translation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Handle production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator / B2B Integrator.
• Proficiency in ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and CSV EDI standards.
• Deep knowledge of key EDI messages (850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DELFOR, DESADV, INVOIC).
• Strong understanding of SI architecture, including adapters, services, and document tracking.
• Experience with multi-system, high-volume EDI environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and manage production incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OFTP2 and VAN integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis in complex systems.
