Description

Design, implement, and maintain EDI integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to support third-party vendor and trading partner connections.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute the corporate EDI strategy by designing, coding, testing, and maintaining moderately complex programs in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Onboard new trading partners, vendors, and 3PL providers, ensuring precise requirement mapping and end-to-end system testing.
• Manage EDI transactions including OTC and P2P, utilizing formats such as EDI, EASI, and EDIFACT.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs to connect with SAP sales documents, materials, and catalogs.
• Collaborate with diverse business and technical teams to maintain familiarity with business plans and IT operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (expert level in version 6.0).
• Deep knowledge of EDI protocols including AS2, AxWay, Sterling VAN, and HTTPS.
• Proficiency in REST API development and integration.
• Working experience with SAP, specifically regarding sales documents and materials/catalogs.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze requirements and operate end-to-end systems testing.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for working in large teams.

Preferred Skills

• Complete understanding of EDI transaction types OTC and P2P.
• Experience with EASI and EDIFACT standards.
