Description

You will own the development and implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, including trading partner onboarding, data mapping, and platform migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of onboarding new trading partners and managing internal migrations to the EDI platform.
• Develop and implement EDI data maps to translate business documents into standardized formats (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV).
• Perform rigorous testing on all EDI integrations, resolving issues with data formats or communication protocols.
• Configure EDI/API subaccounts based on existing customer mappings and integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for EDI mappings, integrations, and processes.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in EDI development or support roles within the Cleo Cloud Solutions platform.
• Experience working with EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with data transformation and EDI mapping tools, including IBM Sterling, Cleo CIC, Studio, OpenText.
• Understanding of EDI communication protocols like AS2, FTP, SFTP, and VANs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical integration issues.
• Ability to define gap analysis for internal platform migrations.
• High attention to detail when mapping data and configuring integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in supply chain management industries using EDI heavily.
• Familiarity with logistics document types (e.g., 204, 214, 210, 997, 990, 856).
