Description

You will manage the development, implementation, and onboarding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions and internal platform migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new trading partners, including configuration, integration, and testing.
• Develop and implement data maps to translate business documents into standardized formats.
• Configure EDI/API subaccounts based on existing customer mapping and integrations.
• Perform rigorous testing on integrations to resolve issues with data formats, protocols, or system configurations.
• Create and maintain documentation for mappings, integrations, and gap analyses for internal migrations.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in EDI development or support specifically using the Cleo Cloud Solutions platform.
• Proficiency with EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with data transformation and mapping tools such as Cleo CIC, Cleo Studio, IBM Sterling, or OpenText.
• Practical knowledge of EDI communication protocols including AS2, FTP, SFTP, and VANs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues with data transmission and system configurations.
• Ability to define and create gap analysis for internal migrations from legacy platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
