Description
You will design, architect, and implement data integration solutions for inbound and outbound data flows between clients, vendors, and internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement large-scale data integrations and reusable transformations.
- Develop source-to-target mappings and complex business logic to support information requirements.
- Perform data analysis to validate business requirements and implement remediation processes for data quality issues.
- Create test plans and test cases to complete unit testing within a repeatable SDLC.
- Document best practices and guidelines for support teams.
- Mentor junior teammates and provide input on project costing, including resource and hardware/software estimation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle development of ETL workflows and systems integrations.
- Proficiency with SQL for writing queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with ETL/mapping tools such as Redpoint or Alteryx.
- Hands-on experience with X12 EDI standards for healthcare data.
- Working knowledge of C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with file processing including hierarchical, flat, and delimited formats.
- Understanding of release management, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management tools.
- Ability to manage data validation, processing efficiencies, and DBMS population.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience.
