You manage EDI enrollment agreements, ensuring accurate and timely administration while resolving issues to meet strict deadlines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process and track EDI enrollment agreements through completion.
• Communicate with clients and insurance payers via phone, email, and the Support & Training Center.
• Execute enrollment administration tasks within the Waystar system.
• Research and resolve complex enrollment issues to maintain compliance.
• Meet all assigned metrics, SLAs, and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in EDI enrollments within Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
