Description

Lead EDI onboarding and technical development using EDI HQ, managing the full lifecycle from client interaction to backend SAP integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end EDI onboarding lifecycle, interacting directly with clients and their partners.
• Create mapping specifications by reviewing customer EDI requirements and collaborating with backend SAP teams.
• Perform hands-on EDI HQ setups, configurations, development, and testing activities.
• Guide and mentor the development team to ensure technical tasks align with mapping specifications.
• Coordinate between client business units, IT departments, and external partners to ensure successful integration.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in the EDI domain.
• Proficiency with the EDI HQ product, including setup and configuration.
• Deep knowledge of X12 800 and 900 EDI document series.
• Experience working with backend SAP systems.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills for technical coordination.
• Ability to perform end-to-end development and testing.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of EDIFACT standards.
