Description

You will own the integration, troubleshooting, and onboarding of EDI capabilities across the business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own EDI-related discussions with internal teams and customer IT groups.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in Nulogy and NetSuite, covering mapping errors and transaction failures.
• Lead onboarding for new customer EDI integrations, managing setup and testing.
• Create and maintain documentation for EDI workflows and error resolution processes.
• Resolve EDI issues by liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience with EDI integration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Nulogy and NetSuite, specifically order management and invoicing.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols (X12, EDIFACT, AS2, FTP/SFTP).
• Experience with EDI mapping tools, middleware (Mulesoft), or custom integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data exchange issues.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
