Description

You will support legal and eDiscovery teams by managing data preservation, forensic imaging, and litigation holds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic imaging of employee laptop hard drives and mobile phones.
• Implement and manage litigation holds within O365 using Security and Compliance functionality.
• Track the intake, imaging, inventory, and return of assets following Chain of Custody best practices.
• Transfer data to third parties via FTP, including validation, reporting, and tracking.
• Collaborate with IT staff to maintain and administer forensic tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in eDiscovery or forensic collection.
• Demonstrable experience with forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, or Cellebrite.
• Proficiency using Active Directory and mobile management systems to access assets.
• Experience managing litigation holds and data transfers via FTP.
• Ability to follow detailed process and procedure documentation.
• Strong organizational skills for managing asset inventory and evidence tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executives and legal counsel.

• Experience managing client expectations to minimize risk exposure.
