Description

You will support the execution of the compliance roadmap through technical analysis, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Purview features.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Microsoft Purview features, including data mapping, labeling, retention policies, and sensitive data classification.
• Translate stakeholder and legal policy requirements into technical reporting needs and data transfer protocols.
• Execute technical tasks from the compliance roadmap and document all configurations and processes.
• Monitor and validate compliance mechanisms using reporting tools to meet legislative mandates.
• Provide technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to IT and compliance staff.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business and process analysis or data governance roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, specifically eDiscovery, Compliance Manager, and sensitivity labeling.
• Experience with eDiscovery reporting and legislative analysis.
• Proficiency in data reporting, analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience defining requirements for data classification and retention policies within Microsoft 365.
• Ability to translate legal and policy mandates into technical data reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
