Description

You will manage editorial quality and brand consistency for digital email content across multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and proofread emails from in-house teams and outside agencies to ensure alignment with brand voice and digital standards.
• Provide editorial revisions to designers using Adobe Acrobat and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with project managers, email designers, and business partners as an email subject matter expert.
• Develop new email marketing creatives or update existing work to improve customer experience.
• Follow established editorial processes to deliver high-quality results across competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in editing or content roles.
• Experience in digital content editing or agency environments.
• Expertise in grammar, brand voice, and style application.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and strict revision workflows.
• Proven attention to detail in checking and re-checking content for accuracy.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA.
