Description

Design, implement, and manage the Enterprise Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platform and associated services. Own the architecture for federation and multi-tenant environments while serving as the primary administrator and tier 3 support lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EDR architecture, including federation and multi-tenant strategies.
• Provide tier 3 support, hardening specifications, and manage feature updates.
• Collaborate with SOC teams on incident response, containment, and risk reduction.
• Integrate EDR telemetry into SIEM platforms and intelligence feeds.
• Create system documentation and deliver technical training to users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years engineering and implementing Enterprise Endpoint Detection and Response products.
• 7+ years with security technologies: firewalls, IDS, policy management, and logging/monitoring.
• 7+ years with vulnerability assessment, patch management, and incident response.
• Deep understanding of attack vectors, penetration methods, and countermeasures.
• Strong knowledge of antivirus, malware prevention, and endpoint security processes.
• Proficiency in integrating endpoint data with SIEM platforms.
• CISSP, CISA, or GSEC certification.
