Description

You own the test architecture, automation, and validation for hardware products.

Responsibilities

• Design unit and system-level test architectures to exercise all board components.
• Develop and execute complex integration tests and automation scripts for product families.
• Debug hardware issues involving CPU, LVDS, PCIe, USB, clocking, signal integrity, and power.
• Define test processes, write test plans, and document procedures and reports.
• Resolve field issues and support customer escalations by driving mitigation to closure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware test, validation, or debug.
• Deep knowledge of hardware blocks: CPU, microcontrollers, LVDS signaling, PCIe, USB, and clocking.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity and power issues.
• Ability to apply networking principles and OSI fundamentals to hardware test scenarios.
• Extensive experience with instrument control and test automation.
• Proficiency in script development and debugging.
