Description

You will provide onsite hardware testing support and manage technical coordination between offshore and onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware testing across power, analog, and digital electronic systems.
• Perform electronic simulations and design work using industry-standard software.
• Apply design for manufacture principles and environmental requirement standards, including EMC, magnetic immunity, and water ingress protection.
• Manage the full engineering development lifecycle from design and development through to verification and validation.
• Coordinate technical communication and collaboration between offshore teams and onshore client teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware testing and electronic engineering.
• Proficiency in Altium, PSPICE, and LTSPICE.
• Expertise in power, analog, and digital electronic engineering.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacture (DFM) principles.
• Experience designing for environmental requirements such as EMC, Far field/Magnetic immunity, non-condensing humidity, and water ingress.
• Deep knowledge of the engineering development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, verification, and validation.
• Proven ability to coordinate between offshore and onshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
