Description

You will validate and troubleshoot electrical systems for prototype and production class 5-8 trucks and buses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems on EV vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.
• Install electrical harnesses and manage wire room tasks.
• Interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to execute testing.
• Lead the resolution of engineering issues through technical problem-solving.
• Monitor and analyze CAN-based datalinks and communication busses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electrical testing and vehicle troubleshooting.
• Expertise with CANalyzer, Somat, and Dewsoft.
• Proficiency using diagnostic software including NEDS, Insite, and ACOM.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and CAN-based communication.
• Ability to work proficiently from electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with electrical harness installation and wire room operations.
• Background in EV vehicle testing and diagnostics.
