Description

Support the implementation and maintenance of EHR systems and existing applications through technical analysis and development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into workflows, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Design and configure EHR settings to align with user requirements and technical constraints.
• Analyze system performance and interfaces to propose and implement enhancements.
• Develop modifications and enhancements for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) applications.
• Collaborate with the Interfaces group to support migration efforts and assess the impact of software upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst within healthcare or EHR-related projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19c Databases, SQL, and PL/SQL programming.
• 5+ years of experience in Web Services development and Software Development Methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Proficiency in web-based application development using Java, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with Oracle as a backend, including APEX and web-based application development.
• 3+ years of experience with system upgrades, interface design, or customization.

Preferred Skills

• Cerner Custom Language (CCL) expertise.
