Description

You will lead business analysis efforts for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) IT solutions, bridging technical teams with operational stakeholders in plant, manufacturing, and supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map complex EHS processes across Plant Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Recipe Development, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Manage IT project lifecycles, ensuring projects meet specified deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate integration between internal systems and external government compliance agencies.
• Translate technical and non-technical information into clear procedures and process documentation for all organizational levels.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to address identified business needs and capabilities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 8+ years total professional experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of EHS IT solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience with SAP EHS, Gemini, SpheraCloud, PolicyTech, or Interact.
• Strong background in IT Project Management within industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Ability to manage occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or shift work to meet critical deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with key integration areas in Order Management and external regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
