Manage environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs to support safety excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training on EHS policies and procedures.
• Analyze data and trends to identify improvement areas and implement proactive solutions.
• Advise management on EHS matters to mitigate risks and enhance performance.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Proven track record of implementing EHS programs and initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis tools for trend identification.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety protocols.
