Description

You will design and implement Einstein AI solution architectures using Salesforce or hyperscalar Generative AI and Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Einstein AI implementation by creating prompts, managing the Trust Layer, and integrating AI components within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and client stakeholders to design assets that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and oversee solution reviews, build, and testing phases.
• Own technical artifacts and coordinate implementation between onshore and offshore teams.
• Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing through defect clarification.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical experience.
• 6-12 months of hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Generative AI in real-time projects.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web-based integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce transactional data models and modern data infrastructure.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce AI Associate and Specialist certifications.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with integration tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft.
