Manage and maintain network infrastructure for data centers and branch offices, providing 24/7 rotational coverage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network-related incidents and root causes.
• Implement and maintain routing and switching configurations.
• Monitor network alarms using SolarWinds.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical personnel to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage assigned tickets within ServiceNow, ensuring all information remains up to date.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the networking domain.
• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching configuration and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
• Experience with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in incident management using ServiceNow.
• Ability to support data center and branch office environments.
