Description

Lead the Elastic Stack implementation and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, deployment, and optimization of Elastic Stack (ELK) solutions across multiple teams.
• Drive key technical decisions and troubleshoot complex software performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ELK into agile development workflows.
• Manage team performance and ensure alignment with software development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Elastic Stack (ELK) technologies.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance.
• Proven track record of leading technical decisions and mentoring staff.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.
