You will design, develop, and maintain scalable search and retrieval systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement search functionality using Elasticsearch and Solr.
• Manage large-scale datasets to extract, index, and enable efficient data retrieval.
• Fine-tune relevance algorithms and develop custom analyzers to improve search accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineering and application teams to integrate search capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues within the search infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in search engine engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Solr.
• Ability to manage large-scale datasets and indexing processes.
• Experience optimizing search relevance and custom analyzers.
• Any Graduate degree.
