Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale search and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop data ingestion pipelines, crawling data sources and adding new objects into search indexes.
• Design and optimize query pipelines to ensure high-speed data retrieval for large volumes of data.
• Review search strategies, make technical recommendations, and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot search relevancy discrepancies and performance issues.
• Develop chatbots and voice bots using AI and NLP for L1 operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and developing with Elasticsearch in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in implementing search solutions using Lucidworks Fusion, Solr, MindBreeze, Bing, or Apache Lucene.
• Proven experience building high-speed search methods for large-scale datasets.
• Strong development experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical knowledge and application of machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Generative AI.
