Description

You design and develop online training modules and multimedia content for delivery via a learning management system.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online training using instructional design, storyboarding, and multimedia techniques.
• Integrate and test training modules within the LMS and manage related records.
• Troubleshoot training courses and monitor LMS updates or technical issues.
• Implement web accessibility standards for all electronic documents and web content.
• Evaluate training operations to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
• 4 years of experience delivering training via LMS using the SCORM framework.
• 4 years of experience developing web-based training that meets ADA, Section 508, or WCAG requirements.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java (J2EE), XML, and Python.
• Ability to assess and fix coding errors within online training modules.
• Experience with Pathlore LMS.
